Medical Laboratory Technical Supervisor Services

Technical Supervisor Services: Quality Control Programs (QC), Quality Improvement/ Assurance Programs (QI/QAP), monthly or weekly Supervisor Review (on-site) with FL Supervisors License posted and listed on facility license. Technical supervisor of record and present for scheduled inspection by regulatory agency inspector.

These services will be available in different packages (individual parts or all). Some of these services will require an initial deposit, monthly fee, and signed contract
